Is it a good idea to use Fully Automatic Mode on your camera?

Which shooting modes do you mostly use on you digital camera? If your answer is: “Automatic Mode”, it’s not strange. You could be surprised but it’s the overwhelming response from beginners and even from the advanced users.
The digital camera’s fully automatic mode probably is marked with an “AUTO” label on the mode dial or an “AUTO” label paired with a camera icon.
In fully automatic mode your camera determines all of the settings automatically and selects all of them (aperture, shutter speed, ISO, white balance, focus and flash – don’t be afraid of these terms, you’ll understand them later if you do not know them just now) to take the best shot. You will receive nice results in many shooting conditions. Surely you know that “shooting” means taking photos and not killing somebody :) So if you are the novice in photography you could use fully automatic mode for a short period (maybe from a week to several months).
To tell the truth, some people prefer to use fully automatic mode all the time. But it would be better to learn more about your camera. Maybe you know already that there are more than one of automatic modes on your camera, we’ll speak about them next time.
Here you can see the photo which was taken with the help of fully automatic mode.
